If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the qualifying merchandise (see exceptions in red below) for a refund. Items postmarked after that date will not be accepted. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags still attached. Shoes and handbags must be returned in the original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box with a protective shipping box.
Hosiery, Hats, Jewelry, Gift Cards and Sale Items are a final sale and do not qualify for a return, refund or exchange.

We will not accept returns that have not been approved. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to return the item(s) using your own return label/return method, you must still request a return from the Orders Page on your account. Once approved, please insure the merchandise for its full value and retain a tracking number. We are not responsible for any items that may be lost or damaged in transit.
When packing up your return, attach the return label to the shipping box ensuring there are no other visible labels. Shoes must be returned in their original box placed inside a protective shipping box. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip indicating the items you are returning to ensure proper credit.
Please allow up to 5 days for processing from when we receive your return. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, we offer one time complimentary shipping for the same item purchased. Unfortunately we are unable to waive return shipping fees. For assistance with a size exchange, please contact us via email email@example.com or phone: 415.931.5620.
We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note the exchange on the packing slip.
Damaged / Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email or phone within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. You will not be charged return fees for the damaged item nor shipping fees for replaced items.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. We will not accept items that have been worn, if tags and/or labels are detached, or any packaging is missing.
If your box is damaged in transit and causes damage to the item, please keep the original box and packaging materials, and take a photo of the damaged box.
